Stephen Soriano has the ideal personality to identify his client’s desires, skillfully guide them and help to reach their real estate goals. Raised in the small town of Mayer AZ the main thing he was taught was hard work and dedication can get you anywhere in life. With those qualities installed in him, he became the only student in his school to receive a full ride scholarship to play basketball. He Parlayed that into becoming the only person ever from Mayer to play professional basketball, and enjoyed a 14 year career playing in 20 different countries all over the world. In his time in South America he also emerged himself into the culture and learned Spanish. 

During his professional basketball career, he negotiated all of his contracts and many of his teammates which made his transition to real-estate very smooth. He truly believes the foundation of negotiation is something he prides himself on and will help him get his clients the best possible deal. Stephen’s core values are hard work, trust, availability, and strive to do the best for his clients. He will not back down and this is what his  clients love about him. The passion he has for real-estate is really what makes him the best. 

Stephen has been in real estate for 5 years investing in California and Arizona. He is a highly confident and dedicated professional who will help clients realize their dreams and find the right home for them. He does daily deep dives into the San Diego real estate market daily to have a competitive edge and understand the market and what’s best for his clients.
